How much does it cost?
Everybody’s favourite question, and quite rightly so. We wish we had one standard answer, but sadly we don’t. Each DME Electrical Maintenance Plan is unique, just as every home is unique. You may have specific demands or needs from your electrical supply, you may already have some worries before we meet.
But whatever your circumstances, we’ll always put you and your property first, and provide an exemplary regular service using our team of skilled, time served specialist electricians. We like to think that we work ‘with’ our clients and not just ‘for’ them.
How it works
I think by now we can both agree there is a lot of facts to take into account when ensuring your home is protected to the current IEE 18th edition wiring regulations to ensure we reduce our risk of electric shock or fires.
We offer our services starting from £28.00* per month – with a minimum term of 18 months. This will take the burden off your shoulders of the safety of your electric within your home.
How and when?
We will send an electrician out every 18 months who will check the safety of the electrics within your home completely free. As part of our checks we will complete one of the following also free of charge.
Features of a DME Electrical Maintenance Plan
- Upgrade the fuse board to a 18th edition (RCD protected)
- Supply and install up to 2 smoke detectors Hard wired
- Install main earth bonding
- PAT Testing of appliances
- Electrical periodic report
- Outside Security Lights Installed
- Accessories such as switches, sockets or spot lights replaced
