We’re more than happy to have been commissioned to work on this project. Regatta House is an NHS property, and we’re proud to work with NHS England in Partnership with one of our clients. This is a three-phase Mechanical and Electrical installation project at the side of the River Mersey here in Liverpool, to upgrade and reconfigure the building as part of a scheme which will save the NHS £2 million.

For us at DME, it means an opportunity to bring both sides of our business, the Mechanical and Electrical, together to deliver this important project efficiently and effectively. Our highly skilled and experienced specialist Designers, Contract Managers, Supervisors, Installation and Commissioning Engineers are all involved in the Regatta House job, working closely with the client on Phase One of the project.

On the Mechanical side, a full replacement of the existing VRF Air Condition system and plumbing have been installed throughout the first floor, while the Electrical team upgrade power to the building and install Safety and Security systems such as CCTV, Fire Alarm and Door Access systems. Further works include modification of the existing ventilation system, and WC refurbishments.
