Established in 2011 DME are a Mechanical & Electrical contractor based in Liverpool with over 20+ years experience in the industry. Specialising in the design, installation and maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical & Public Health installations across a variety of sectors.
Installation
Our installation department has proven experience in mechanical and electrical installations across a variety of sectors such as commercial, education, student accommodation and health care facilities.
We work closely with main contractors, architects and end users and pride ourselves on providing a proactive and reliable installation service with the clients best interests at the forefront of everything we do.
We have the ability to produce fully co-ordinated M&E designs from concept through to working drawings and our systems and procedures allow us to deliver installations in a safe manner, in accordance with an agreed programme whilst ensuring quality remains at all times.
Maintenance
Strategically located just off the M57 within Knowsley we have great access to the North West motorway network which allows Duck M&E to provide a cost-effective and quick response to any service or maintenance requirements.
With a team of 30 directly employed plumbers, gas technicians and electricians, we are able to provide ongoing planned preventative maintenance and reactive support to clients throughout the North West. We provide maintenance proposals and service legal agreements in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations, B&ES guidance and Current British Standards.
Our Colour coded critically ratings are based on current legislation set out in accordance with B&ES SFG 20, which enables clear prioritisation of tasks to streamline budget and project management.

Engineer Dispatch
Engineers are selected based on GPS positioning systems which ensure the engineer closest to you at the time of the call is dispatched. The job status will be continually monitored keeping you, the client, informed at all times.
Telephone Support
Our dedicated staff are only a phone call away, who will initially aim to help and resolve the issue you are experiencing without the requirement for an engineer to be dispatched, saving time whilst lowering cost.
Customer Portal
We will provide you with access to a customer portal where all planned maintenance paperwork is stored into one convenient location. This will enable you to access anytime you require.
Software Management
Our CRM software is a powerful package for managing and controlling every aspect of service work, including planned maintenance, relative call outs and minor works.
